紅い酔芙蓉 庭の酔芙蓉 疲れが溜まってきたのか、天気のせいなのか、今朝は腰の具合が、１年前に戻ってしまったかのようだ。腰を伸ばせない。 こんな時の対処法。２年半の治療経験によると、太ももから腰まで暖めるのが一番。寝ている方がもっと良いかも知れないが、なかなかその治療法は試す暇がない。運動はしない。そこまでエネルギーが余っていない。 酔芙蓉が毎日華やかに庭を飾ってくれているが、チラッとしか見てやる暇がない。白い花も好きだが、萎れた赤い花も描く気をそそる。これまで何十枚も描いたが、飽きない。でも、今年は描いてない。いったい何のための忙しさなんだろう。萎れた花より気持が萎れてしまいそう。 2016/10/1
