Sazae-san

I managed it、How to peel turban shells

2entering the moon、I continue to be indebted to Sazae-san.。As shown in the picture、Literally "Sazae"。It all started when my wife said, ``It's a live turban shell.、I bought it because it was unsold and cheap.。Can you make sashimi? ” and placed it on the table.。Honestly, "Eh...、"You're buying something that's a hassle," I thought, but didn't say it out loud.、For now, I just replied “hmm”。

I took a chance and secretly searched for something like ``peeling the shell of a turban shell'' on YouTube.。“Hey、How do I take it out like this?。” In the video、The person who seems to be the owner of the restaurant quickly cuts off the neck of the turban shell.。Then I put my little finger in and squeeze it.、All internal components can be removed easily and cleanly.。I thought there might be a trick.、I decided to try it out by watching and imitating it.。

It looks like a Japanese restaurant until you cut off the neck (the muscular part that looks like it).。However、No matter what I do, I can't get it out from the shoulders down.。Any more than this and my fingers will be torn off.、So I had no choice but to crush it with a hammer.。The cutting board becomes uneven.、A small piece of the shell slipped into my body.、I almost cut my finger with it when I wash it.、In short, I had a bad experience.。

However、I bought it again a few days later! "It's down to around 100 yen each.、It looks like you're still fine。”Eh! I'm going to cut off my own finger this time、I thought so, but、don't say it out loud、For now, I just replied “hmm”。He liked the taste of crunchy sashimi.。But、This time I stopped using only the hammer.。While making a girlish cut on my little finger.、I managed to get it out。

However、I bought it again a few days later! “Half price...。” Don’t say it out loud、“Hmm,” I replied rawly.、I gradually learned how to do it too.。The cut on your pinky finger isn't a memory of love - if you look closely at it with acorn eyes that have a little bit of alcohol in it.、The enemy looks somehow similar to Corona.。Wasabi goes well with “proof of defeating the coronavirus”。I just thought, ``Please buy it again.''、I didn't say it out loud。

The mystery of diet

Metabolic syndrome candidate?Since being selected by、I am collecting relevant information at every opportunity.。One factor to eliminate metabolic syndrome is “diet”、It cannot be said that dieting = weight loss.、Weight gain/loss is a big factor。If you can narrow it down to just the relationship between calorie intake and expenditure, it will be easier to set goals.、When it comes to diet, it tends to be about calories.。

The simplest thing that everyone can understand is、(calorie intake < calorie expenditure) = weight loss...①。``If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight.''、extremely easy to understand。On the 2nd page of the pocket book I received at the information session called ``Slowly reduce! 100kcal meal edition''、There is a calculation formula that says "What is the right amount of food for you?"。

Height x height x (ideal BMI = 22) x basal metabolic standard value (constant) x activity level (constant) = estimated energy requirement for your ideal body type

I don't really want an ``ideal body type,'' though.、For now, if I substitute my value into this,
 1.69×1.69×22×21.5×1.5=2060 kcal ・・・②
becomes
Regarding BMI=22、You probably know more than me。21.5and 1.5 is、Different calorie consumption environments depending on age and job content、Constants when broadly divided into several categories、50-60generation male、People who sit a lot、21.5 each、1.5)。

Above ①、Looking at the formula ②,、``If you maintain a calorie intake of 2060kcal,、It seems like you will (eventually) achieve your ideal body type.。by the way、When I reached the above ideal body type BMI=22、It seems that the weight will be 62.8 kg.。and、My basal metabolic rate at that time was 1343 kcal.、If you select the category ``People whose work requires sitting all day long''、My daily calorie consumption = 1612kcal ・・・③。

Then、There seems to be a contradiction here.。
 BMI 22=62.8kg=1612kcal<2060kcal

In other words, "If you maintain 2060 kcal, you may not reach BMI=22."。specially (secretly)、unless you do strenuous exercise、If your calorie intake exceeds 1612kcal, it seems like you won't be able to maintain your 62.8kg weight.。62.8I don't want to be kg、I have no intention of doing so、It's true that many people seem to be interested in dieting.、The explanation for the large difference of 400kcal (1/4) out of approximately 1600Kcal is as follows.、I would like to report again at a later date.。

At times like that、教室があると気分転換にもなりまた絵を描きたくなる
