Tenosynovitis

Recently、Tendonitis is common。I'm overusing my fingers so much、In other words, you might think that I am doing "work".、Actually the opposite。that's why、Why do I often get tendonitis?、It was strange。

When it comes to tendonitis, many people seem to associate it with pianists.。I'm actually one of those people who thought so.、Looking at orthopedic hand diseases among musicians, including pianists,、Apparently, 1/3 of all cases are tendonitis.。I feel like there are surprisingly few、Looking at the details, myositis (muscle pain) due to overuse of the muscles in the hands (arms)、Inflammation of the attachment point of muscle to bone (enthesitis) accounts for 70% of all cases.、Considering that the tendon sheath itself exists in only a small part of the body,、It seems like the rumors were correct after all.。

What it means to move your body、It also means that the bones move。Muscles move those bones。When the muscles attached to the bones contract and stretch,、Changing the position of bones = creating movement of the body。In some places, the muscles that attach to bones are fibrous "tendons."。In areas where delicate movements are made, such as fingers and toes.、The "tendon" must pass through a special point。The point is like a sheath (tunnel).、Prevents tendon “derailment”。But、If the sheath swells for some reason、It will rub against the tendon that runs through it.。That's tendonitis。

If the tendon moves in and out of the sheath frequently, there is an increased chance of chafing.。Tendonitis also increases.。The pianist example is a typical example.。But、Why has tendonitis increased even though such opportunities have decreased?。i.e. tendon、either sheath、Or why are both swollen?。the human body、It seems like we know the general mechanism、I don't know everything - I may have given it too much rest...。I feel like I'm being told, "You should work once in a while."。But、What is it like to work after getting tendonitis?、Oh my god。

Interesting picture

Masayuki Yamoto “Hall” 2021 Action Exhibition

A painting by Mr. Yamoto, who belongs to the Behavioral Art Association.、at least 10 years、I look at it with interest and respect.。This is Mr. Yamoto's work that was announced at the Behavior Exhibition in September 2021.。I would like to meet you once、I haven't met you yet。

at first glance、This person is probably a painter who has strong sympathies with Hieronymus Bosch and Brueghel.、I think everyone feels that。One is its color。The other thing is my preference for how to break the shape.。It seems like there are many painters who match these two things.、In fact, there are surprisingly few、It will be narrowed down to Bosch and Brueghel style painters.。

But、It doesn't matter.。What I feel from this picture is、It's a real message that "the world is tough"。concentric circles、The composition, with its concave center, resembles a gear.、Accurate and ruthless” symbolizes the real situation.。It's like a schematization of "slavery"、It seems to me。

While imagining such a not-so-fun situation.、Drawn by the stoic beauty of the colors、If you take a step or two closer to the painting,、There are probably hundreds of characters.、Each one of them was very lazy (sometimes their pants had even slipped down).、Doing a self-deprecating pose。Do you see this as “(subtly stolen) freedom”?、Whether you see it as “freedom (in resignation)” is up to you.、Considering the color and other overall composition、American、I think the optimistic sense of freedom is completely eliminated.。To “You who think you are free”、Your freedom might actually be like this、Is that still okay?、I also feel that this is a painting that forces us to ask ourselves this question.。

Squis

Amazonica Esquis

5th day after the Blue Seagull art exhibition ended。It feels like about a year has already passed.、Contrary to my feelings、Video production for the exhibition is not progressing as expected.、I can't quickly switch my mind and move on to the next task.。I don't like this kind of thing.。

It was two years ago that I bought a potted plant called Amazonica. From the name、I was drawn to the wildness of the tropical jungle and sketched it many times.、1I haven't been able to turn it into a work yet.。This guy after the blue seagull exhibition、I decided to make it a new hero following the grove of begonias.。

Amazonica has a simple shape、It's very easy to sketch、When it comes to “drawing”、Its simplicity becomes a hindrance。The design is so interesting、This is because it is difficult to overlay spiritual depth on top of that.。In other words、Does it mean that it is difficult to adapt to Japanese sensibilities?。

What is Squis?、The work of ``organizing ideas'' before starting actual production or drawing.。I don't know the origin of the word, but it's probably Greek.。In this draft、The shape of Amazonica remains the same。Color is based on green and saturation、2-3 types with different brightness。I'm thinking of using white as an accent.。This “white” is not just a blank space.、I want to express it properly and meaningfully.。3The placement of the different types of greens is intuitive.、It is important to “straddle the line”。I want to post the prototype on this blog in a few days.。
