11月29日中にこのブログをアップロードしたかったが、疲れて沈没してしまった。ポインセチアの制作ビデオを編集している途中だった。わたしは（撮影にももたもたするが）ビデオ編集にすごい時間がかかる。凝っているのでも、慎重なのでもなく、単純に「知識不足」のせいで。

「青いカモメの絵画教室」チャンネルには38本もの動画がアップされているが、いわゆる「動画」らしい動画はまだ10本程度。それも古いのが6月頃からで、大半が今年の8月以降。ようするに最近になってやっとそれが作れるようになった。Moreover,、曲がりなりにも作れるようになっただけで、ちゃんと理解できているわけでは全然ない。

動画を作るには①撮影→カメラの知識・操作能力、②編集→編集ソフトの知識・操作、ナレーション等の言語能力、BGMなどの音楽的素養、③アップ→メディア関連の基本知識 等々が不可欠だが、どれをとっても「不足」だらけ。ここにはないが、これらの能力以前に、何をやるべきかを考える企画能力が要る。これも？？が点く。一人での動画では、作者＝俳優（声優）でもあることが必要だが、これも？？？だ。そして計画性も✕。

Frankly speaking、失格というより「不合格」。じぶんでもかなりめげるが、それでも応援してくれるのが視聴者。誰が見てくれているのか顔も分からないが、最近はチャンネル全体で毎日150回（人？）以上の視聴がある。そしてビデオのためのデモ制作を支えてくれる、教室のメンバーたち。これらの人たちの期待？に応えたい、気づけばそれがモチベーションになっているのである。
