Glass apple

Glass apple (added in 2021)

2020Additions to the work completed in 2017。Additions are mostly only to the outline.。Before, it was a thin line of ultramarine.。Somehow I can't accept it、After leaving it alone for almost a year, it became a problem.、Yesterday I suddenly noticed that the outline was thin.、It occurred to me that this may be connected to a lack of presence.。

I tried making it thicker with the same ultramarine, but、I felt that the effect was weak, so I took the plunge and tried mixing black.。The end of the line extends beyond the required line.、Because of the habit of casually putting down the brush again immediately after stopping the brush.。When I paint with watercolors, I sometimes use it to create a rhythm.、It can't necessarily be said that it's a bad habit, but you need to be careful.。Oh dear、It's an experimental work so I'll leave it as is.。

The paint called black is、When it is glossy, it gives a tight and deep feeling.、If there is no shine, it will look gray。In the case of watercolor, when using an acrylic board, black looks so good because of this "gloss" effect.。Here too, I tried to make only the black glossy.。The title was “Glass Apple”.、Did it feel like that?。

veranda on a summer night

Summer night balcony 2

Summer night balcony 1

Two Esquises with the theme “Summer Night Veranda”。In 1, I felt that the plants were too far in the middle.、2I tried moving it to the right.。

Maybe it's because of the color scheme、Somehow the person is hidden、I think 1 with the plants in the front looks better.。2``The person on the balcony''、The plant just happens to be on the balcony.''、1"Plants enjoying the night view on the balcony"、Then a human happened to come in (check)、(Someone who gets in the way)”、Obviously the main characters have changed.。

Of course, 2 is better than 1.。time has passed、I guess it calmed down in a way.、It can be said that it has become common sense。It doesn't necessarily mean that the latter will be better.。1 is like "personification" in a painting.、interesting。

to be naked

Tulip (when I first started painting) F6 tempera on canvas

In the world of art, the phrase "go naked" was often used as a buzzword.。One of the art organizations that was once a driving force behind Japanese Western painting (although that's a strange way to say it).、It seems that during the Nika Festival, a woman playing the role of Venus (the goddess of beauty) was placed in a mikoshi from the mountains of Ueno and carried out into the city under the name ``Naked Festival.''。This "naked" is a living thing called a nude body, but、Of course, spiritual "nakedness" is a symbol of "liberation"。

Not only did I create it naked every day.、An old man who was like a ``preacher'' and even had all his guests naked.、A fierce warrior who walked around a girls' high school naked in the middle of the day to "train his mind"? It seems that there were actually quite a few、It is not only in the world of art that it is said that being naked is important.。It is a word that is often heard in almost all artistic fields (though it seems that it also applies to fields other than art).。

Actually me too、I have had the experience of being told that many times.。Many people prefer "naked" in the sense of opening their hearts.、You probably think it's more difficult (embarrassing) to actually be naked in public.。But、Perhaps the reality is the opposite、I think it's much more difficult to expose your heart.。The human heart is like a volcano、``I want to expose something''、If we don't store up the "frictional heat" like magma with reason, trauma, etc. that we have to suppress,、This is because you cannot generate the energy to expose your heart in front of others.。

Open your heart - being naked、I wonder what it means?。Just "do what you want to do"、It just re-proves the truism that humans are animals too.。For example, if you are an artist、what、copper、What level do you want to do it at?、Try doing it recklessly、I don't care what people think、I think that's what "naked" means.。But on the other hand、People also live among people (so humans?)。have a fundamental contradiction。Something that takes root in the gap between contradictions、You seem to be thinking that maybe it's art...、I don't think I'll be able to go barefoot.。
