今日のデモ制作です。油絵クラスなどでは「補色」を並置することはごく普通の技術ですが、水彩で、特に顔などを描くときは感覚的に躊躇しがちです。補色とは、混ぜ合わせるとグレーになる、という色の組み合わせだからです。

色の滲みを多用する水彩画では、「並置」のつもりが「滲み」で混ざってしまい、グレー化する可能性がとても大きい。そこが、色をきれいに出したい水彩では用心せざるを得ないわけですね。

ごく普通の、水彩による写生的感覚では、人間の顔にこんなふうに「緑色」を使うことはほとんどないでしょう。日本人の顔なら、バーミリオン、クリムソンレーキ、マゼンタ、イエローオーなどの暖色系、陰の色としてセルリアンブルー、コバルトブルーくらいを使い回すはずです。
　混ぜるとグレーになる一方で、補色とは「お互いの色を引き立て合う関係」という意味も持っています。緑を並置することで、単独の赤より存在感のある赤み、血の色、血色のいい顔色を期待することもできるわけです。両面があるんですね。

But、実はそれとは別に「絵画的」という効果がある、と今日のデモ制作で再認識しました。これをもっと洗練して全員が使えるようになったらいいな、と感じました。「写生的」に対しての「絵画的」指向です。この考え方、感じ方はもちろん顔だけに限られているわけではありません。使い方を工夫して、ワンランク上の作品作りに役立ててもらおうと考えています。

The media refers to "art"、We have a completely different feeling as artists (Is it okay to include myself as artists?)。As for the media、It's a very "original" idea、The crystallization of effort that is not visible to others、It's easy to summarise。That's why the thin contact with ordinary people becomes even thinner.。
That's certainly not misunderstood、I think there are some unavoidable situations in the time constraints of broadcasting.。Although、Real art is even more accessible、Diversity、Sometimes it's fun、Sometimes it's tough。

For artists、The most important thing is art、Life is equal or next、That's certainly true。The art is、It's the very "way of life" that involves a huge "cost" in everyday life and everything else.。To accept that、You need a kind of determination rather than talent。A brief liberation and、I'm prepared to continue to consume most of my time。Because that's what you can share、アーティストは互いにライバルであると同時に、貴重な、貴重な仲間なんです。

　アーティストがやることすべてが「アート」なんです！その単純な意味が、どうしてもメディアを通すと、歪められ、時にはまったく伝わらない。実物、本人の前に自分自身が向かい合えば、すぐにアートとの会話が始まるんだけどね。
