Shibuya

Mucha exhibition hall entrance

I went to Shibuya for the first time in a while (really a long time)。Visit Bunnkamura to see the much-talked-about Mucha exhibition。Before that, I saw the ``Ryo Sasa Exhibition'' at Gallery Unicon in Kawagoe.、In addition, Tobu Tojo Line、Subway Yurakucho Line、Transfer to the Metro Fukutoshin Line to Shibuya。It's a route I don't usually use, so I might get lost without a navigation system.、Most of the stations I've never heard of。

Going from the subway to Shibuya's "above ground" was so novel (to me) that I wondered which station it was in which country.。I thought he was Japanese, but he spoke Chinese or Korean (perhaps due to the deterioration of Japan-Korea relations)、I feel like my Korean language has decreased dramatically.)、Middle Eastern Department、african、European people are common (as if living there)。A tremendous flow of people like a great river、Diffuse reflection of artificial light。Go in front of Hachiko。Well, once you get to the ground、It didn't feel that foreign。

The Mucha exhibition is probably being advertised on TV somewhere.、it was very crowded。I think there were a lot of young people.。Crowd level and contents were as expected.。It's a picture I've seen many times.、I also know how good a drawing is.、I'm not interested in sub-streams.、The far-fetched adaptation of the manga is as expected.。For those watching it for the first time, I feel a little sorry for how crowded it is.。I took a closer look at only four oil paintings of Esquis (ideas/sketches).。

Hurry back to Shibuya station、Climb to the Ginza Line, the “subway on the third floor above ground”。The narrow staircase leading up here has remained old for at least 50 years.。The era gap between the underground passage and the underground passage is huge.。I guess this sense of coexistence is incredible in big cities.。Take the Chiyoda Line at Omotesando、Nogizaka。 New production exhibition、Walking around both behavioral exhibition venues。There are some good works, but there are also a lot of boring ones.。I guess that's what it is、Watching is the beginning of everything。

I walked around for the first time in a while、The tendon in my left knee gives me a warning signal when going down the stairs at the station.。If you overdo it, you'll actually hurt your knees.。It's the limit。When I get home、I was waiting for the obituary.。

Is Chiba Prefecture “out of interest”?

Due to Typhoon No.15、Chiba Prefecture is severely damaged.。The typhoon itself lasted from Sunday, September 8th to Monday morning.、In particular, they left Chiba Prefecture in the Pacific Ocean while seriously hurting them.。From the beginning, it was reported that it was the largest typhoon in history to land in the Kanto region.、Damage appeared to be “within expectations” (railway delays、(including outages)。

The reason why the damage in Chiba Prefecture became ``unexpected'' and widely reported was、I think it was after the "new cabinet ministerial appointments" were announced.。As the damage situation gradually became clearer,、The sluggishness of the government and TEPCO's response has become noticeable.。Especially in response to the government (Prime Minister)、Rather than being insensitive, cabinet personnel are the top priority.、I felt that calling Chiba Prefecture "indifferent" would be more similar.。Even in the same disaster、Kyushu is sensitive to the media、There was a clear difference in the sense of crisis compared to the response to Hiroshima and other disasters.。

Chiba Prefecture is within the "Metropolitan Area"。Kamogawa City and Tateyama City、Minamiboso City and other cities are aiming to restore power within the next two weeks (as of September 13, 2019)。Although various troublesome circumstances have been reported,、Even if it is a “metropolitan area”。The fact that it has been left unused for almost a month、“It can’t be helped” may not be enough.。Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo、If you think about the Chuo Ward area being left alone for a month.、The meaning is clear。Chiyoda Ward、Chuo Ward probably doesn't have to worry about falling trees like Chiba Prefecture.、Even if there is no “fallen tree,” it will replace it.、parked car、A network of trains、subway etc.、This is because some other obstacle is assumed.。

Just when a disaster is occurring、Prime Minister Abe was thinking about who should be the next minister in charge of disaster prevention.。"Information was not received"。

Apple
