今日から七月。今年もはや半年を折り返しました。everyone、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。わたしも（たぶん）多くの方と同様、“元気だけれど、ちょっと疲れも溜まってきているかなー”です。昨日も夕方、ちょっとだけ横になるつもりがそのまま１時間ほど眠ってしまい、18時頃に目覚め、朝と錯覚してドタバタしてしまいました。But、睡眠はすべての健康の基、眠れないよりは遥かに良かったです。

表題は、今月の“俳句”のつもり。季語は「七月」。月名はすべて季語になるので楽チンですね。天候不順でぐったりしたまま折り返し点を通過してしまったが、七月にはいり梅雨明けの声を聴けば心機一転、「挽回するぞー」というカケ声の句です。冗句にて失礼いたしました。

今日は関東では一部雨になる可能性もあり、その分やや涼しめですが、ニュースによれば今日から東京電力管内「節電要請」だそうです。一方で「クーラーなど適宜に使いましょう」とも言っています。一見矛盾したような、その意（こころ）は？「節電機能の高いクーラーに買い替えれば、『新しい資本主義』が進みます（岸田首相）」、Oh my god。
　疲れてくると、すべてのことに興味、好奇心のレベルが下がり、不満の沈殿が増してきます。家庭内でも、ちょっとしたすれ違いがその沈殿物をかき回すことになったりしますから、普段よりも自分と相手をいたわる気持ちで用心していきましょう・・。

それじゃあ、励起回復挽回なんて「絵に描いた餅」？でも、どんな餅かを「絵に描くこと」が大事、かもしれません。ビジョンですよね。それに向かって人は生きていきます。食べ物もお金も生きるには必要ですが、ビジョンがないと人は人でなくなるようですよ。

　逆に、人間は頭がいいのでしょうか？戦争は人類進化のための選択肢として、「状況に応じて」「使い分け」ているんでしょうか？数学ができる人は苦手な人より頭がいいんでしょうか？馬鹿な人を選挙で選ぶ人はもっとバカなんでしょうか？―済みません、「反省だけならサルでもできる」というかつての「流行語」を思い出してしまいました。たぶん反省さえできないと思いますけど、ニンゲンという動物は。
