I'm almost all year round、eat an apple after every dinner。“Apples, apples” are “real things” to me.、It's not just an image。Also、I don't usually call apples "Apple"。that's why、“Apple” as a work is to me、An image (abstract) as a form、It is not intended to depict real objects that are eaten or eaten.。"Apple" is called "Apple"、Completely different from apples、It's a different dimension、I want you to think that。

About 2 months ago、I keep drawing pictures like this。I keep coming up with ideas, so、まだしばらくは続くだろうもう一つ「種 Seed」というタイトルでムキムキマンの男を種の中に閉じ込めたような絵も続けているほとんど似たような絵なのだがなぜかこちらはなかなかうまくいかない

見た目は現代ふうの絵だが描き方はあえて古典絵画の方法を採用している。In other words、グリザイユ(白黒の明暗の調子だけで下描きをすること)次いでグラッシ(透明な色の層を薄く重ねること)と白を交互に重ねて色を深める画法のことである現代絵画であろうと古典絵画であろうと深く豊かな色彩表現にはこの方法が最適だと思うからだ

私には私なりの絵画の理想像があるそういうものを持つこと自体絵画を限定することになるという批判はさておき多くの画家たちもそれぞれの理想を実現すべく日々精進しているものだと私は思っているそこまではいい。But、私の理想像にはそれ自体の中に分裂的な矛盾を孕んでいてそれがここ20年も私自身を苦しめている

今のところその矛盾を統合する方法には至らず制作は矛盾の「どちらか一方を見ないことにする」ことによってのみ可能両立を目指してしばらくひどいうつ状態に陥った経験によるごく最近ではそれは矛盾ではなく二つの全く異なった「それぞれの理想」と考えるべきではないかなどとも考える赤道直下と南北両極のようなものかもしそうならばそれを統合するということに何の意味もないのだが
