晨春会展の終了翌日、しかも久しぶりの晴天だった昨日。腰痛対策で、思い切って歩いてみようと夕方いつもの散歩コースに出かけた。But、歩くにつれて腰の痛みが強くなり、無理せず３～４kmほどでやめた。
その分を自転車で補おうと、そこから千葉県野田市の関宿城へ行ってみた。初めて行った時は結構距離があると感じたけれど（片道10kmそこそこなのに）、何度も行くうちに「ちょっとそこまで」感覚になってきた。actual、走ってみると物足りないほどすぐ着いてしまう。車は来ない、道は広いし、風も気持ちいいから近所のスーパーマーケットへ行くより気が楽かも、is。眼も良くなるような気さえしてくる。ヒバリの声が頭から降ってくる。残念なのは、単純過ぎてすぐ飽きてしまうこと。やっぱり、なにかしら小さな課題を見つけたくなる。
