コラージュのような効果ですね。「コラージュ」とは、一見意味の通らないバラバラの写真や新聞記事、布切れなどを画面に貼り付け、貼りつけられたモノとモノ、画面の主題（？）とが心理的、抽象的に結びつく効果を狙った、近代絵画の技法のひとつ。

正直に言うと、この効果は必ずしもはじめから狙ったものではありません、unfortunately。まだ新しいお絵描きソフトに慣れていないので、あれこれやっているうちにヒョイとできちゃったのです。下の骨は数日前の絵を再利用（！）しています。

緊急事態宣言が1ヶ月延長されました。東京で500人以下とか大阪で300人以下とか言っているが、そもそもPCR検査を国民全員にやるのが最善最短の道ではないかな。莫大な費用（すべて税金前借り）を助成金とかにかけているより、国民も納得できるし、そのあとの費用も少なくて済むのではないか。皆検査ができないのではなく、やりたくないのでしょう。国民全員にワクチンを接種できるなら、検査だってできないはずはありません。検査の方が簡単ですし、今からでも遅くはないと思っています。

一安心したらまたGO TOをやる構えでいるのも腑に落ちません。アクセルを踏んだりブレーキを踏んだり、何がしたいのかわかりません。できるだけPCR検査をして、まずは事実を把握する、どの国もそうしているのになぜ日本だけ違うのでしょうか。事実を把握できずに有効な対策ができるとでも考えているのでしょうか。基本的な考え方をせず、ただ右往左往して「国民を困らせる政治」をやっているように見えてしかたありません。今日は129年ぶりの2月3日の立春だそうです。
