晨春会展が昨日から始まりました。23日（日）まで。良い会場になりました。期間が短いので、どうぞお見逃しなく。昨日はあいにくの雨でしたが、開場前から何人もの方がついでに見に来て（失礼）下さいました。ありがとうございます。
午後からは雨にも負けず、大勢の人が見に来てくれました。来場者の方々とゆっくりお話しができたので良かったです。

Sazae
土曜日は埼玉県展の授賞式があった。わたしも会場の「枯れ木」となるべく、出かけた。終わった後、会場近くで開かれていた展覧会を一つ見て、そのまま大勢で居酒屋へ。This is why、15日のブログはアップしなかった。
昨日は朝から腰が痛く、日曜日だからゴロゴロしていても良かったのだが、晴れた日に家にいると、雑用というものが雨の替わりに降ってくると相場が決っている。
一仕事のあとはさらに腰が痛むので、夕方から芋虫のようにモニョモニョしながら、来月用の俳句を捏造したり、ウトウトしたりと、隠居ジジイの日曜日らしく過ごしていたら、「さざえを買ってきたから作っておいて」と置きっぱなしで妻はスタスタ夕方の散歩へ。活サザエとは書いてあったが「極小？」サイズ。小さ過ぎる貝に小指が痛い。やっとこさこじ入れて刺身を作ったら、なにか飲まなくては…と、（鬼の居ぬ間に命の洗濯とばかりに）腰の痛みも忘れて、ビュビューンと自転車で美味しい水を買いに行った。
サザエに限らず、何種類かの貝には、それぞれ開け方のコツがある。貝というのは肉が貝殻にぴったりくっついているのではなく、基本的に貝殻の中で「浮かんでいる」。どこか一点で貝殻と命綱のように繋がっているだけだから、そこを切れば肉は内臓ごとするするっと外に飛び出してくる。それを知らないときれいな刺身はともかく、レバーを食べたい人は諦めるしかない。久しぶりだから、その場所を忘れかけていた。
見た目通り、もう2、３年海で育てたい味だった。
