I haven't measured the waist circumference.、I think it worked because the two belt holes are different.。I walked 10,000 to 12,000 steps (7 to 8 km) almost every day.。There is one day when I don't walk.、Only 380 steps that day。Because the weather was bad、I have to be conscious of walking、This is the life。
Bonus:① I feel that my legs and hips have become stronger ② I almost no longer use compresses for back pain ③ I have acquired basic knowledge about meals ④ I walk while looking into the distance (I have stopped walking early in the morning)、It seems to be good for the eyes...。
