とうとう12月。しばらく制作途中の絵から離れていた。1週間も遠ざかると、まるで絵の神経が切れてしまったかのように感じる。描きかけの絵を一日中呆然と眺めるばかりで、線一本さえ加筆することができない。
やがて感覚が少しずつ戻りはじめ、翌日くらいからやっと「自分」が帰ってくる。
