This is so-called Laceflower in Japan, which is very common plant in Shimokita peninsula. It is considered just a weed here.
You might feel staying in paradise if you have stand in the field full of these flowers.
下北を代表する花といえばハマナス、水芭蕉とこのレースフラワーだろうか。以前にも紹介した（2012/9）が、毒があったり、案外に奥行きのあるセリ科の花だが、地元の人は見向きもしない。
