今は全然違う。世界は明らかに変わった。何年も前から、友人と「ごく近い将来、日本はドラスティックに変わらざるを得なくなる。その時に（個人として）何ができるか、それが大事だよね」などと、お酒を飲みながらの、定番の話題だった。それが「今」来たのだと思う。多くの人の予想通りに。

コロナは単なるきっかけだ。（社会現象としては）近いうちに起こるべきだったことが、いま起こっている。それが「戦争」でなく、「コロナ」だったぶん、まだラッキーだと思う。これがもし戦争だったら、こんなもので済むはずはない。フランスのマクロン大統領、ドイツのメルケル首相共に「コロナに対する戦争状態」を口にしたのも、決して的外れではない。コロナ戦争後に、勝ち負けが現れる、という危機感の表れと取るべきだ。日本のような竹槍アタマでは勝てそうにないな。

５月も、ほぼ無収入に近くなった。いつまで続くか判らないが、おそらくそれほど長くはない。終息など到底できないが、国民の持久力が続かないはずだし、変化だけが商売ネタのマスコミが騒ぎ始めるはずだし、経済界が、コロナなどより会社が大事だと本音を吐き始めるはずだし、政府の財布の底が見えてくるはずだし、何より日本人特有の健忘症が蠢き始めるはずだから。そのあとに来る、二度目のコロナの時は、もう打つ手は何もないよ。政府が「二枚のマスク」の代わりに配るのは、安楽死用の注射だけ、Wonder。
