Work style not reformed

"At Miyashiro Sports Park" I caught a glimpse of it while moving.、A place that feels good

What does it mean to “work”?。Change that “definition” from what it used to be、Aiming for a “new way of working”、Isn't that what "work style reform" is all about?。Onlineization has accelerated due to the coronavirus pandemic、Wasn't reform supposed to proceed?。I'm a lazy person who doesn't even work, so I'm saying this.、The only topics being talked about are time savings and the online environment.、The meaning of "work" itself is hardly ever questioned.、It is a sport that is firmly connected to the essence of current sports.。

In terms of working hours and methods、It's true that there may have been a slight change (not a reform at all) in the literal sense of "work style".。Restaurants have started making items for takeout.、A few percent of office workers are now able to work without going to the office.、Delivery people are busier、I started to wear down my physical strength.。But、Although this is simply a “change in work style”、There has been no reform anywhere.。You can't live without working、Work style = way of life、If so、``Work style reform'' without thinking about ``how to live'' and ``what kind of lifestyle do you want to live?''、It's not even the mochi you see in the picture.。

The basis of "work style reform" is to change the equation that "working = earning money = providing time and physical strength."、I think。work ≠ earn money、But it's okay、Earn money ≠ Donate your time and energy。anyway、Isn't "reform" a change from this equation?、I think that。The company is above the individual、Changing the tragic mindset that you can't survive unless you get hired.。Isn't that the engine of reform?。

After getting a job at a big company and living a “safe and secure life”、Traveling abroad leisurely and at your own pace is still a post-war idea, especially among older people.、I guess it remains as a delusion.。Somewhere, ``with the sweat of my brow'' ``for the sake of the world''、for people、"I don't care about self-sacrifice" for the sake of the company.、Are we still spreading a false sense of "virtue"?。that's a child、I don't even realize that I'm having a negative impact on my grandchildren.、Isn't it becoming a sophisticated society?。Instead of giving lessons like, ``The world is not so kind that we can live by playing,''、Wouldn't everyone be happy if we became such a society? That feeling of affirmation、I think Japan, which is bound by this slave nature, needs it most right now.、I think so.。

Arrogant — 2

Hydrangea (CG sketch)

(Continued from the previous "arrogance")
Is it arrogant to think that I am honest and humble? Well then、As long as you don't belittle yourself、Doesn't that mean everyone is arrogant? That's it、I know how it feels to get so angry that the endings of words become garbled.、But、Let's say it is so。

I don't think I'm arrogant、Already arrogant、Let's put it in other words。Similarly, people who think ``I am humble'' are not humble.、I'd say it's arrogant after all.。This is not just a play on words、In fact, it may be said that it is a dangerous idea in the truest sense.。

What does it mean?。—often、We think of ourselves as ``very ordinary,'' ``common sense,'' ``nothing special (often humble),'' and ``not particularly evil.'' That's why.。That's why it's dangerous。Because he is a good person who professes to be honest, humble, ordinary, common sense, and has almost no merits.、They say it's dangerous.。As long as it's "normal"、“Others” are some kind of foreign existence.、A "normal" person with no clear outline、Before you know it、They don't realize that they are on the side of excluding others who are just slightly different from themselves.。I find myself in the middle of “normal”、Before you know it, you get the illusion that others are biased.。

There is no such thing as an ``honest, humble, good person.''。At least I'm not like that、Maybe you aren't either。sometimes tell convenient lies、or hide inconvenient facts、jealous of people、Show off something you're good at somehow、While saying with your mouth that you have no merit, you (in your mind) look down on the person in front of you, saying, ``At least I'm better than you.''、I think all the people I don't like should die.、that's me、Maybe you too、Isn't it?。

While forcing people to refrain from eating out together、There are politicians who have dined with them without any remorse.。``A politician's job is to meet people,'' he said, but、This is called typical arrogance.。But、As arrogant as anyone can see、I feel bad, but there is little actual harm.。On the other hand, it also serves as a good example for teachers.、It can also be defeated in elections.。But、The ``majority'' of ``ordinary people'' are unstoppable.。each and every one、In a sense, everyone is a little different.、It's not just about being honest or humble.、Unless you realize that you are a human being with both sides.、no one can stop me。I feel that fear intensely every day.。

own responsibility

Editing a sketch video, as this is an unfamiliar task.、Remembering one by one...

recent years、One of the words that has suddenly become more frequently used。The ``self-help'' part of ``self-help, mutual assistance, and public assistance'' that was first advocated by the Suga administration.。of course、The word itself has been used since ancient times。Now that it's here, it's suddenly becoming more common.、Perhaps it's because the proper way of thinking of "clarifying the responsible party" has become established.、It seems like that's not the case、The exact opposite。In other words、People who don't want to take responsibility that they should take、苦情や被害?
