禁止の文化って、もちろん「○○してはいけない」って文化。可能の文化って、「○○も出来ますよ、どうぞ」ってことなんだけど、それは国とかの単位では比較できないですよね。どこの国だって、○○してはいけないというマナーとかルールがあるし、○○はオッケーですよ、という部分もある。宗教も大きく絡んでくるから、そこを良いとか悪いとか一概に言うことはできないはずだし、そんな大それた批評などする気もありません。

わたしが感じるのは、「禁止の文化」と「可能の文化」の入り乱れ方が変わってきたんだな、This person is building his "own" snowboard "road"。普通に考えたら、誰だって「禁止の・・」より「可能の・・」の方が良さそうだって思うじゃないですか（？）。

常識知らずで申し訳ないけど、就職面談で、女子の場合、「すっぴんは社会人としてマナー違反」として、履歴書の写真だけでアウトと評価する人事担当者がかなり多い（という調査結果があるらしい）と最近のニュースで知った（調査内容の真偽に関しては責任持ちません）。パンプス不可、ズックなど身体的理由があっても応募者は自己規制する、とは以前にも聞いたことがある。「女子、可愛そうって」、わたしなど思ってしまう。this is、時代が現代に近づくにつれて「禁止事項」が増えてきている事例だと思う。certainly、男子には男子なりのそれがあると想像される。

on the other hand、面接にわざわざ「普段着でお越しください」というメッセージを送る会社もあれば、希望すれば「オンラインのみで面接」という会社もある、と聞く。これは「可能の文化」系ですかね？「禁止」されると蕁麻疹が出るわたしなどは、可能な限り、「可能の文化」の中で生きていきたいし、それをできるだけ支えたいとも思っている。
