最近またパソコンが不調だ。昨年暮れにかなり大がかりな交換をしたのだけど。

これまでは不調の時はうまく対処できず、しばらく放っておく。すると何故か（今のように）機嫌を直してくれたりする。デジタルだから機嫌なんてある筈もないが、あんがいデジタルは見せかけで、実は液晶画面の裏で小人たちがせっせと働いているのかも知れない。特に給料も払ってないからちょっとストライキを起こしているのかも。だとしたら他の、パソコンを駆使（酷使）している人たちに比べたら、君たちは寝ているようなものだよと言ってやりたいが、コンピューター言語というものを知らないから、彼らとの交渉はできないのだ。

小人はせっせと働いているが、自分が何のために（あるいは誰のために）働いているかを知らないのだった。私も（小人たちに）給料を払わずに済ますためには、これ以上は口を慎んだ方がよさそうだ。なにしろ彼らは、この液晶画面の裏側から直接覗けるところにいるのだから。

アンスリュームにも実にいろいろな種類があり、それも原種に近いものまで店頭で売られているのに驚く。私の好みでいえば、原種に近いものほど野性的で（当然か）好きだ。このアンスリュームもそう。まず色の黒いのが良い。白人の青い瞳より、黒人の黒い瞳の方が好きだ（何の関係も無いが）。暗い森の中の黒い花、暗い夜の草原を疾駆する、カモシカのような足首の黒人の男女は美しいイメージだと思うのだが（これも関係ないか…）。
