8月18日、下北から埼玉へ。大宮駅に着いたとたんに汗。気温10～15度差を数時間では順応できなくなった。今朝（21日）は久しぶりに幸手市権現堂桜堤へ自転車で。ウォーキングのお年寄りたちは1700ｍの堤を、元気一杯で何度も往復していた。敬服。
