教室の人たちは皆さんベテランなので、当然のようにすんなり描き始めますが、初心者でいきなりこれを描けと言われたら、とたんに固まってしまい、おそらく手も足も出ないでしょう。教室では何十段ものステップを積み重ねてきていますから、本人の満足度を別にすれば、For the time being、これに近い状態まで描き上げることができました。
Recently、YouTubeをやって気づいたことはたくさんあるのですが、そのひとつが今述べたことです。YouTubeへのアップに力を入れ始めて半年、視聴者はずっと増え続けましたが、ここ1~2ヶ月はどんどん減っています。決して手抜きではないし、内容が悪いわけでもない。Then、どういうことなのか？送られてくるデータをもとに考えてみました。 ひとつの仮説―内容が難し（高度）過ぎる。 ビデオを企画するとき、頭の中に教室の人たちのことを思い浮かべます。そして彼（女）らが次のステップに進む助けになるように作ろうと考えます。on the other hand、YouTubeは基本的に上昇より間口の広いことがプラスに働くようにプログラムされています。日本人の多くの人は自分の実力を過小評価しがちです。中級どころか、上級者でさえ「自分はまだ初心者」と考えているのです。もちろん謙遜もあるでしょうが、少し自己肯定感のバランスが行き過ぎではないでしょうか。Anyway、This is why、初心者以上のレベルを想定すると、間口がぎゅっと縮まってしまうのではないか。そんなふうに感じています。視聴者が増えていた時は、わたしもYouTube初心者だった（それは今もですが）ので、「初心者」とある意味で波長が合っていたのでしょう。
