鎮静剤でいくらか腰の痛みが安定してきたのと、ここ数日の曇りを頼りに、何度か自転車で運動した。早くてもゆっくりでも、とにかく40分間ペダルを漕ぎ続けることが目標。
But、自転車だと1時間も走れば往復12、3km ほど行く。この日（8/11）は調節池でカヌーの練習をしているのを横目に走ってきた。見た目には涼しげだが、水面は緑の藻だらけ。
昨日12日も自転車。帰宅直後、汗を拭きながら測ってみると血圧103-75、脈拍116。現在のペースメーカの脈拍設定が最大120だから、運動中は限界に達していたに違いない。どうりで少し苦しかったが、シャワーの後がサッパリして気持良い。
