do nothing、というのは本来ルーティンと言うべきではないかもしれないが、元々はメモを取るというアクションが発展？したものだから、この際は赦してもらいたい。ルーティンはいろいろな状況に応じて変わるものだ。目覚めたら読書、それから小一時間勉強して…というルーティンが私にあれば今頃はきっと…。「良い習慣を身につけましょう」と子どもの頃に教わったが、私には身につかなかった。
