As expected, summer in Saitama is hot.。usual year、I spent August on the cool Shimokita Peninsula.、Enjoying summer in Saitama for the first time in a while。It's about 10 to 15 degrees different from the Shimokita Peninsula.、The weather is perfect for concentrating and doing something for about a month (by the way, today is August 21st)、In Hatoyama Town, Saitama Prefecture, the temperature was 39.4°.、23° in Shimokita)。

At first, it felt so hot that it made me tired.、You'll get used to it within half a month.。Still, on days when it's "dangerously hot"、The sunlight hitting the windows and shutters is harsh。An old man bent over in front of his house、An old woman passes by while pushing a shopping cart.。``I don't need to do anything at such a hot time,'' I think.、Stores aren't open early in the morning、crowded in the evening。I imagine it would be safer in the daytime because my eyesight is getting worse.、It feels painful。

Once you get used to it, how many times can you do it?、I wonder if I can work normally without an air conditioner.、I feel a senseless interest。If you have time to put up with that、It's work、It's definitely better to study。The more I think about that、My head is spinning。

４ヶ月かかったオンラインでの仕事が一区切り。それを経験して、わかったことがいくつかある。順不同で、思いつくままに並べてみると
①オンラインだけでできる仕事が、想像していた以上にあること
②対面が不可欠なことでも、オンラインと併用すると、より効果的になり得ること
③オンラインでは、思考の流れが論理的になる傾向があること
④コロナ禍が一段落しても、オンライン化は不可逆的であること
and so on。

コロナがあるなしに関わらず、オンライン化は必至だったが、少なくとも日本では、コロナ禍によって、その流れが数年早くなったことは確かだ。today、ニュースで日本のGDPが、この３ヶ月で27.8%下がったと聞いた。But、オンライン化が加速されたことは将来への一種の投資のようなもので、その効果は無駄ではないと思う。Rather、これを機会に、GO TOキャンペーンなどくだらないことに貴重な財源を使うより、小中高生たち、教員のすべてにパソコンを1台ずつ確実に配り（一部実施されてきているらしいが）、配るだけでなく教職員へのサポートチームも積極的に派遣し、学校教育のオンライン化を強力に推し進めたほうがいいと感じた。

先生も生徒・学生たちも、中小企業も、フリーランスも官公署も、急なオンライン化への対処に、確かに大変だったと思う。私自身も経験したのでその大変さは理解できるが、それなりに慣れてきたようにも見える。ここで気を緩めず、日本全体をもう少しレベルアップしたらいい。

オンライン化で、人間が要らなくなるとか、そういう話ではない。rather the opposite、for example、小中学校での科目内容などを、子ども自身が選択、勉強できるように一定の基準で配信する。子どもは自分で進度を決め、採点などもオンラインでやる。同じクラスにいて、同じ科目を学びながら、興味に応じて違う教材を選ぶ。理解度の採点はあるが、隣の子と競争するわけではない。通信簿などは無意味になり、先生は子どもたちを見る時間に余裕が生まれる。そこにオンラインの、ワンステップ上の可能性があると実感した。もちろん現段階ではむしろ逆で、まだまだ対応に追われている状態だが、サポートがしっかり構築され、先生も生徒も、親もそれに慣れてくるまでの辛抱だと思う。コロナ禍が終息し、元に戻ってはせっかくのチャンスを失ってしまう。どちらへ進むか、今が大事なターニングポイントだと思う。
