写真は今日（2022.9.22）の「終了時」。下辺左右には余った「ゴールデンイエロー」。貴重な色材だが、鶏卵で作った「生もの」絵の具なので数日間の保存をあえてせず、もったいないゆえに塗ってしまった。画面4分の1より下は「エスキースの未熟さ」が露わになってしまった。大切な部分なのになんとなく曖昧にごまかしていた。やっぱり批判がなければぬるま湯に浸りやすい-ですね。ぼちぼち絵の具の乾き具合も考えて、明日から1~2日は（大事な部分に）加筆せず放置しておく方が良さそうだ。その間にだってエスキース、小品制作、美術展（個展）回りくらいはできるし。

今日は早起きして整形外科へ腰と指の腱鞘炎のリハビリ。早起きしようとしまいと、結局午前中の時間はクリニックで遣い果たしてしてしまう。待合室で待つ間、4人がけソファのわたしを間に入れた3人のおばあさん方は左右（どころか看護師を含む院内の半分くらい）顔見知りらしく、おしゃべりの途切れる時間が一瞬もない。自家産野菜を大きな袋に持ってきて、知り合いと交換ごっこなど、まるで「道の駅」。I、彼女らの間で（出来るだけ小さくなって）ずっとiPadでエスキースを続ける。時々チラチラと「違和感のある存在」を見るような視線を感じながら。

一見すると、絵は昨日とほとんど変わらないように見えるでしょうが、２度塗り、３度塗りしているところもあって、全体としては結構順調に進んでいるんですよ。むしろ順調過ぎるくらいで、こういう時に限ってトラブル（例えば8月中のようなひどい腰痛とか）が起きやすいので、早めに進めておかないとヤバイことになる経験は豊富。

右上の葉っぱの部分は、普通に緑色にする予定だったが、テラ・ロサと白のピンクがあまりにきれいなので、「色だけ」このまま仕上げまで持っていくことにした。その反面で、いったん「保留」にせざるを得ないところも当然、ある。伝統的な油彩混合テンペラでは、途中で何度か薄い透明層を施して画面の堅牢化と色の統一感を図る（グラッシという技法）が、この絵ではそういう方法を使わず、ある程度バラバラなまま、途中で造形要素個々のチェックをしながら進めていく。それがわたしのテンペラ技法。
