ウミネコ Seagulls 2016

2016/8/30is the day when Typhoon No. 10 made landfall on the Tohoku Pacific coast, Ofunato, Iwate Prefecture, for the first time in recorded history.。that day、The sea was getting quite rough on the Pacific coast of the Shimokita Peninsula, but there was almost no rain.、Only the wind was getting stronger。At the time, the wind speed was reported to be 11 m/s, but it was actually much stronger.、By the afternoon, I had become so strong that a typical adult male (that is, myself) had to lean forward quite a bit to move forward.。Soon after it started to get dark, it started to rain、It turned into a sideways storm。

Just before it starts to rain、I went to see the sea (although on TV, etc., people often said, "You shouldn't go to the sea")。There were several customers。from someone in the car、Even people walking along the beach! I took some photos、Maybe it's the spray from the waves, but it hits my face painfully.。Can't use a tripod。Lie on your stomach、Take pictures by pressing the camera directly against the breakwater。I thought for a moment that the sea breeze would damage my camera.。

The sketch says 30 days.、Only a few sketches from the day of the typhoon。This is a pen sketch I did the day before or the day before.、colored on the day、that date。There's a typhoon outside and the wind is howling、I drew about 15 pictures in my hotel room.。

How many people are enjoying painting pictures in the world now? And how much part of them are serious or would be a profesional painter? Sometimes I wander.

I consider that most of them are just enjoying it in their lifetime. People at the side of just enjoying to see paintings may be about same.

What is the most real valuable things or works for such people? Although I’d like to ask it to everyone, it seems not clear for themselves by now. 7th Sept 2016.
